Where to Buy a Dance Pole: Store Directory
Buy from the brand’s official store or a specialist pole shop if you can. In the US that means X-Pole US, Lupit Pole or Platinum Stages; in the UK, X-Pole UK or PoleMotion; in Australia, Dance4Me or Fairy Pole Mother; in Europe, Lupit Pole or Polesportshop.de. Check the returns policy first, because many stores won’t take back an opened pole.
Before you order: poles are heavy and awkward to send back, and many stores won’t take one back once it’s been opened or installed. Measure your ceiling height and check what it’s made of before you buy.
Buying a dance pole in the USA

Budget brands such as VEVOR, Uplift Active, Renwick and Yaheetech, often from third-party sellers. Check who the seller is and its returns policy.

Buying a second-hand pole
Second-hand X-Pole and Lupit poles turn up on eBay, Facebook Marketplace and local pole groups. Check that every part is included (dome, base, joints and locks), ask whether the pole was ever dropped or overtightened, and look for rust or peeling finish. You can buy most spare parts direct from X-Pole and Lupit.

Frequently asked questions
Where is the best place to buy a dance pole?
The brand’s official store or a specialist pole shop. They sell genuine poles, spare parts and the right extensions for your ceiling, and can answer fitting questions.
Can I return a dance pole?
Often not once it’s opened or installed. X-Pole US treats opened pole boxes as final sale and asks for return requests within 3 days. X-Pole UK gives 14 days to cancel, but the pole must be in the condition you received it.
Does The Range sell dance poles?
The Range’s website lists dance poles, but they are sold and shipped by third-party marketplace partners, not by The Range itself, and they can’t be returned to a store.
Can I buy a dance pole at B&Q or Argos?
We couldn’t find dance poles on B&Q’s or Argos’s websites in November 2026. Try X-Pole UK, PoleMotion or Amazon UK instead.
Is it safe to buy a second-hand dance pole?
It can be, if every part is included and undamaged. Check for rust, peeling finish and stripped threads, and buy missing spare parts from the brand.
